NC technology is bringing incredible precision and speed to the world of sheet metal bending that we could only dream of twenty years ago.

Modern CNC bending machines allow sheet metal parts to be formed with absolute precision and without the need for subsequent adjustments, increasing production efficiency and saving time at the same time.

 

How was it traditionally made?

In the past, bending sheet metal was more difficult and required either manual labour or the use of hydraulic machines. 

However, the accuracy of these methods often depended on manual adjustment and repositioning of the machine. Manual bending was tedious and more complex shapes gave more room for error, leading to wasted time and materials.

 

How we produce today or the CNC revolution

With the advent of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) bending there has been a fundamental change. The CNC machines we use today at Eurosvit offer the possibility of precise computer programming of every bend. 

We have five state-of-the-art machines from Trumpf that can bend sheet metal up to 3 metres long and with pressures of up to 170 tonnes. Every part is produced with perfect consistency, guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction.
